Our trained admissions specialists will walk you through the process and go over your financial options, including private pay and insurance. Insurance Benefits Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, we recommend that you provide The Meadows Adolescent Center with the patient’s insurance information prior to arrival on campus, so that our staff can obtain an estimate of your benefits. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on presenting issue(s) and may certify a portion of a patient’s stay. The Meadows Adolescent Center has the ability to work with out-of-network providers. While we have no control over the outcome of insurance reviews, our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefits allowed by a patient’s carrier. Formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing. Financing Options Our main concern is providing treatment and helping people find a more fulfilling life in recovery. When insurance coverage does not apply, our admissions/financial coordinators will review costs and payment options, working with patients to make arrangements that fit their financial situation.
